Networking is one of the key elements that any businessperson can have, and understand. HIRSCHS Fourways believes in giving the community the opportunity to develop relationships with other potential clients and grow their business through monthly Business Networking events.
HIRSCHS Fourways recently hosted their monthly Networking function with fitness expert, Estelle Filen as the guest speaker. Estelle is a qualified personal trainer and competed in Body Beautiful; a fitness and physique pageant. Her passion is helping others achieve their fitness goals. “Nothing beats having a strong, healthy, fit body and mind” said Estelle.
The talk was about how our bodies process non–nutritional foods and how we can heal ourselves with the right combination of exercise & nutritious, delicious foods. Estelle took the time to put the guests on her special scale that measures body mass, showing body fat percentages too.
