Work / Office -
• Approach people with understanding which will lead to far more productive outcomes during meetings or work scheduling, etc.
• Avoid/diffuse conflict situations by anticipating certain reactions and behavior patterns.
• By knowing someone’s Style, you can be more aware of personal strengths / weaknesses to ensure people are placed in suitable positions.
• Physical placement of staff in an office – who sits where in your office? Some are doomed and some are dynamic together! Knowing the Styles of your staff can help you make a simple change of seats, which can make a huge change in productivity.
