Property Inspection - Collapsing roof

Had and inspection a few days back buyer contacted me to do an inspection and was thank full she did - The old section of the property 310m2 had originally a galvanized roof and the property from the outside had a very nice flat ribbed cement tiled roof - a small horizontal crack was present right around the super structure walls - when entering the roof cavity cold chills ran down my spine - no additional supports was installed. - do the following math the original structure was designed to carry the old roof around 15 - 17kg,m2 added on top of this with no additional support are the cement tiles at 47.6kg/m2 @ 310m2 = 14.7 metric tons additional weight added with a few make shift supports - needless to say this roof is collapsing it is only a question of time. the following link has a few eye openers as well
