Hirsch’s Umhlanga recently opened the oven door to foodies from across the North Coast to join them for an Italian inspired cooking demo.
Guests sat down to an evening filled with glorious food, great cooking tips and entertaining chefs. The trio of chefs included Cheryl Woollatt from Miele, Sabrina Sangard from Fashion Nanny and Hirsch’s Umhlanga PRO, Warren Pearce. Dishes prepared included Ratatouille, Vegetarian Cannelloni and finishing off on a sweet note with Tiramisu.
