Hirsch’s Centurion enjoys treating loyal customers and business partners in and around the area with a free coffee and muffin, every so often. Recently they stopped off at Discovery Health’s call centre, and with a staff of 250, they quickly filled the day with fun.
When asked why Hirsch’s would want to come and randomly surprise the Discovery team, PRO Pieter Bezuidenhout replied. “. We create brand awareness by going to other corporate companies and treating them to some “Yummy treats,” we created this idea a few years ago when we realized that many people don’t know how to use certain products and we wanted to show them how. It works well for us and for our customers.”
