MIELE’S MEATY DEM – AT HIRSCH BALLITO.
Guests attending the recently held “Meaty Miele dem” at Hirsch Ballito were treated to
coffee prepared in the Miele integrated coffee machine while they watched Miele’s Cheryl Woollatt
prepare some delicious meaty treats, and a Caribbean dessert, in the Miele Kitchen.
She started off by preparing a 750 mg. fillet (coated in black pepper, herbs and garlic) and placing it
in the warming drawer, where it cooked slowly for 2 hours.
She went on to whip up some delicious cheese, onion and biltong crispy snacks,
Steak and garlic butter phyllo parcels.
The meal was rounded off with “Caribbean Nimbus” - a dessert that was cooked in the steamer.
