Winner of the Business Woman of the Year Award (Entrepreneurial) Margaret Hirsch, was guest speaker at Centurion’s monthly Business Networking Breakfast morning last week. The topic of Margaret’s talk "Change your thoughts, change your life - the power of positive thinking manifests your destiny" had everyone who attended in awe listening to Mrs. Hirsch's every word. "The key to success lies in persistence and hard work, not forgetting having the passion for what you do" she said. By winning the Business Woman of the Year Award, Margaret was excited to have the opportunity to spread the word to the younger generation and explained that you do not have to come from a wealthy background to achieve what you want in your life. During the morning, Hirsch’s gave away 3 of Margaret’s new Vegetarian cookbooks. L'Oreal from Sleep Innovations offered 2 pillows, John Broome from Mind Power gave away a CD and Dorothy Wye from The Centurion newspaper gave away a R2000 voucher for a free advert in the next issue of her newspaper. “We were all surprised to see Centurion based Janine, Singer, Speaker and Songwriter attend our networking breakfast. She sang to us and then gave a few words of motivation. Said Hirsch’s Linda Levendag. “Everyone networked, shared ideas and got to know the people next to and around them whilst enjoying a cup of coffee and a bite to eat.” She said.
