Mrs.Margaret Hirsch was invited by Reulene Küsel, Lecturer at the Tshwane University of Technology to be a judge for her yearly Young Entrepreneurs Competition. Reulene is currently lecturing to 53 Entrepreneurship students. They are on second year level. The students had to compile a business plan and present this to the judges to prepare them for the third year level where the business plan is part of their experiential learning which is a subject on its own. There were six teams participating. Each student / team used their knowledge to the best of their ability to present themselves as a business entrepreneur. The judges were surprised at the great ideas of business put forward. After each presentation Mrs. Hirsch advised the students on the pro's and con's of this particular business, praised the students for their great ideas and at the same time gave advice on business management, financial advice and how to go about making their business a great success. Together with two other judges, Mrs. Margaret Hirsch once again empowered the students and told them by believing in themselves they will achieve what they aim for. The first two teams were presented with Hirsch's gift vouchers.
