1. The Ministry of Health has allocated funds to be used for the proposed construction of Mukono District Referral Hospital to the value of USD$ 450 million (Four Hundred and Fifty Million Dollars)
2. The Ministry of Health now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the proposed construction of the Referral Hospital under the International Selective (Single-source) Bidding process.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the International Selective (Single-source) Bidding process contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act 2003, and are open to selected bidders from eligible countries.
4. Only the selected bidder shall be contacted for this bid. Unsolicited bids shall not be received or even opened.
5. The selected bidder must deliver a sealed bid to the address below at or before 10.30am on 29th October 2019. 6. There shall be no pre-bid meeting.
