There are few people who have not been inspired by the compassion and forgiveness shown by Mr Nelson Mandela.

Despite all that he went through, Nelson Mandela continues to inspire people around the world and calls on people no matter where you are to devote 67minutes of your time, doing something for a Non – profit, a school or your community on the 18 July which is internationally known as Mandela Day.

“Nelson Mandela International Day is annually observed on July 18 to recognize the former South African president’s contribution to peace and freedom”

Millions of people through-out the world that are not able to take time off even if they would like to get involved. missing out on this celebration of a man who has shown us all the care and compassion that he has for others.

This project provides you with just that opportunity by allowing you to go online and donate R67.00 towards the hospice and we will pay someone from the local unemployed people in the community to work on your behalf in our hospice for the 67 minutes on Mandela's Day.

Not only will you receive a letter of thanks for your contribution but at the same time, someone other than just the hospice will benefit as well.
